 The hostess and farmer's wife Annemarie will prepare tasty South Tyrolean specialties with our farm products – let us surprise you!

Depending upon the season of the year, we can offer our guests farm-fresh products, like: eggs from our happy hens, fresh milk, potatoes, vegetables, meat, bacon and roasted sausages. The family knows all the secrets of the so-named „Selchens“ (roasting).  

Some of our typical dishes 
In spring: spinach-dumplings or stinging nettles-dumplings (often called common nettle-dumplings) and dandelion-salad with bacon. 
In summer we offer you herbal dumplings with cheese, butter and a lot of fresh vegetables from our garden. 
In autumn we recommend our roasted sausages with Sauerkraut. 
Delicious meat dishes can be enjoyed the whole year. 
On our terrace or in the garden with natural bowling alley you can leave the gray routine and hectic activity of daily life far behind. Relax while you admire the great panoramic view of the Dolomites. Your kids will love our spacious playground.

Opening times: 
Our inn, which has set for itself the goal of creating delicious food using fresh, and homemade ingredients, is open from 08.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The kitchen closed at 5 p.m. Friday is our rest-day. (From November until Easter we are open only on sundays)
From the 26th of december until the 6th of january we are continuously opened.
