It's time to celebrate a South Tyrolean culinary tradition of „Törggelen“.
No Törggelen would be complete without roasted chestnuts, a glass of the young wine (so-called „Nuie“ in South Tyrolean dialect) and sweet pastries as a finishing touch.
Törggelen is celebrated in October and November. Come and be a part of this tradition.
