We want to give you a warm welcome in our two apartments (approx. 43 m² and wheelchair accessible) at the Inn Wieser in San Genesio. The spacious apartments are designed for 2-4 persons. You also have 2 double-rooms and one three- bedroom at your disposal.

The lovingly furnished rooms are equipped with TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer and WLAN internet access.

At our balcony you will enjoy the majestic panorama view of the Dolomites (Unesco World Heritage) and the lake Caldaro. From here you have a good look at your kids, when they play at the playground. There you can find: a natural bowling alley, a kids rocker, sandpit, trampoline, swing and a playroom with hay.

The kitchen of our comfortably furnished apartments offers anything that you desire: electric stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, egg cooker, crockery. If you want you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner in one of our Stube.

Ulli Pechlaner, the farmer's daughter, will spoil you with delicious and traditional meals. Enjoy the silence on the sunny terrace furnished with sun lounger and barbecue. A bread delivery service is possible as well.

Arrival or departure is possible on any day!

Walkers of the European walking trail E5 and of the horseshoe-tour are welcome even for only one night. Here you find some hiking suggestions.

BREAKFAST
From 8:30 to 10:30

Enjoy breakfast (by arrangement) in one of our two Bauernstuben (with a wood stove which creates a cozy atmosphere) or on our sunny terrace overlooking the wonderful Dolomites. Our breakfast buffet includes a variety home-made products, such as fresh milk, freshly prepared egg dishes, bacon, smoked sausage, wild herbal tea, fruit spreads, soft fruit, homemade cakes, elderberry juice, butter, natural yoghurt and honey, various cereals, herbs, selections of sausages and cheese. And of course coffee and hearty fresh bread may not be missing.

Our products you can order every day on request directly in your apartment. This includes fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits - according to season and stock.

For all who want to enjoy our products go, we are happy to prepare a packed lunch.

DINNER
From 18:30 to 19:30

Your meal can also be enjoyed in our room or in the garden.Even at breakfast or on arrival, you can select the menu or the daily specials for the evening. Most of the food comes from crude products of our agriculture.Mainly are typical Tyrolean dishes served ,

All consumption is recorded to your room and charged at the end of the holiday.
Should you want away to dinner, we ask you to inform us on each morning. Even friends and acquaintances can enjoy eating with you by appointment with us.Except on Friday as resting our kitchen after breakfast

INTERNET
In the house our guests is a free and free Wi-Fi - access.

WASH
Bed linen and towels are included and are often replaced when necessary. 

We are happy to be able to wash / dry your laundry.
Price per filling:

SWIMMING
Our guests have free admission to the outdoor pool in Jenesien, which is open from June to September.
Endless water fun, there are also various lakes: Lake Monticolo in Appiano, natural pool in Gargazon or Wolfsgrubensee at RenonAlso our small natural lake invites on warm summer days for swimming..

ANIMALS
Your pet is welcome! Feel free to make us even holiday with your horse. Horses guest boxes are available. And other four-legged friends are welcome at our farm. Your dog finds in the immediately adjacent forest ideal outlet. For the cleaning overhead we charge in the apartment once 20,00 €.

BREAKFAST
from 8:30 a.m. until 10.30 a.m.

Enjoy your breakfast in one of our Stube with wood stove in a cozy atmosphere, or on the sunny terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the Dolomites. Our buffet will offer you a lot of homemade products like fresh milk, freshly prepared egg dishes, bacon, smoked sausages, wild-herbal tea, fruit spreads, fruits, homemade cakes, elderberry juice, butter, natural yogurt and also honey, various cereals, herbs of our garden, ham and cheese and last but not least: coffee and fresh bread. 
We offer a fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs delivery service. If you want to enjoy our products on the way, we will provide a delicious lunch package.

DINNER
from 6.30 p.m. until 7.00 p.m.

You can enjoy your dinner even in our Stube or in the garden, where you will admire the magnificent scenery while the sun goes down.  Already on your arrival day or at the breakfast, you can opt between menu or the daily dish for dinner. Of course you can taste a lot of delicious dishes from our regional cooking, as it is typical for a real South Tyrolean Inn. Please let us know if you prefer to eat somewhere else. 

Each consumption will be charged at departure day. 

Bed linen and bath towels are included and will be changed upon request.

INTERNET
We offer a free wireless internet connection.

SWIM 
Our guests pay no admission for the swimming pool in San Genesio (open from June to September). You can have endless fun on numerous lakes, like: the famous lake Caldaro, the Gargazon Natural Bathing Pond, the Wolfsgruben Lake (Renon), or in our small natural bath near our farm. This means happiness for the whole family. 

ANIMALS 
Your four-legged family members are welcome. For horses we have guest boxes at your disposal. 

Extra fee for final cleaning: € 20,00

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES
Our guest rooms and apartments are available at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask our guests to check out until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Upon request we will pick you up at the bus stop in San Genesio.

PARKING
The private parking area adjacent to the farm is free of charge. Even our garage is at your disposal.

TO THE SUN SHINES AGAIN
For cloudy or rainy days, of which there are 300 days of sunshine, fortunately only a few are in South Tyrol, we have some interesting tips for you:
  • In our farmhouse parlor with wood stove reading a great book
  • Swimming in the water park Naturns or in the Therme Meran
  • Visit the railway world in Rabland
  • Visit the cheese factory in Afing
  • Visit to the Museum of Archaeology (Ötzi museum) and the Natural History Museum in Bolzano
  • Visit the city of Bolzano (as our guests, you can make free use of the cable car or bus)
  • Visit the highest Sektkellerei Arunda in the neighboring village Mölten
  • Climbing hall in San Genesio with Boulder area
  • Ködelkochkurs with the farmer on the farm

GETTING THERE
The apartments are ready on arrival from 14:00.
So that we can prepare the apartment for the new guests again, we ask you to release them within 10:00.

Upon request, we also offer a pick up in Jenesien (near the cable car).

PARKING SPOT
The cars can be parked in our car park. If you wish, you may choose to have their car in the garage.

PAYMENT
Your bill can be paid with cash.
For a booking we ask for a deposit. With us following cancellation conditions apply: Up to 3 months prior to arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 3 days of your holiday. Over the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the price.
We recommend travel insurance via the Red Rooster.


FURTHER

Children up to 3 years free. From 4 years to 8 years 50% of the price.

Plus 0,70 Euro local tax per person per night, children under 14 years are exempt from the tax.

The Bolzano-Card is included in the room rate.


Our farm is open all year round for you.

The use of all facilities, or the "experience" of life on the farm at your own risk. Please understand that in our house may not be smoked.
TILL THE SUN IS SHINING AGAIN
Even on rainy days we offer you a lot of activities and so it will never be boring:
  • Read a book in our traditional Stube with a wood stove 
  • Visit the swimming pool complex in Naturno or the famous Terme Merano
  • Visit the train world in Rablà 
  • Visit the cheese dairy in Avigna 
  • In just a few minutes you can easily reach the old town of Bolzano to visit the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology (home to Ötzi – the Iceman) or the museum for natural history (public transports are free for our guests)
  • Visit the highest sparkling wine cellar in Europe „Arunda“ in Mölten 
  • Visit the climbing hall and bouldering in San Genesio
  • Make you own dumpling: Annemarie provides you with assistance and advice and maybe she tells you some secrets about homemade dumpling. 

PAYMENT
Please pay cash on site.
The booking becomes binding upon payment of the agreed deposit .

Cancellations
Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday: no cancellation fees
from 3 months to 1 month: we will invoice you a stay of 3 days
from 1 months before the start of your holiday: 80% of the stay

We recommend to complete the booking of your stay with the "Red Rooster trip cancellation insurance".
